Media writing skills

Reasons to engage with the media might include:

  • to publicise good news
  • to raise the level of debate in the public arena
  • to respond to an inaccurate media report—i.e. to put out the bushfire
  • to pre-empt a possible negative issue

When writing, your aim is to convey your message in terms that are as easily understood as possible, with the right nuances. Our training programs at Ethos CRS can help you achieve this for any media writing task you might have.

This course is suitable for all levels of staff and can be tailored to suit the needs of your organisation.
