Grammar is an aid, not an obstacle, to creative writing, to the invention of thoughts and to the most perfect expression of your own self. This is because the instrument of clear writing urges forward the process of clear and deep thinking. Forced to write clearly, you necessarily start to think more deeply. With a more concrete grasp of grammar, your writing will become more accurate, brief and clear.
