Ethos CRS provides training in issues management that helps you articulate, protect and build your organisation's good reputation in a sometimes unforgiving public environment.
When under an unsympathetic public eye, organisations need to manage what they say and what they do confidently and competently. This course is designed to improve the ability of professionals to skilfully, ethically and confidently explain the position and actions of an organisation—both in-house and in the public through the media.
We train individuals and organisations to prepare for and manage issues—before they become crises.
Our experienced trainers have worked in the public and private sector and for various media outlets. This means they know the issues that can become crises and know how to manage them efficiently and effectively.
