Managing people and performance

Ethos CRS outlines the principles of managing staff to achieve a more effective organisation or workplace. We focus on management as the essential tool to achieve a goal, honestly and realistically defined, rather than management for the sake of management; and reorganisation for the sake of reorganisation.

Program delivery

This course can be delivered over one or two days. Trainees become competent by working through a graded series of exercises.

All trainees receive course material including a purpose-written manual, which includes guides, tips, resources and information.
