Providing administrative assistance will improve the skills of administrative staff who provide support to executive directors, senior managers and other staff. Trainees understand their organisational ability and understand their role within the department or other organisation.

It also focuses on good organisational and communication skills.

Program delivery
This course can be delivered over one or two days. Trainees become competent by working through a graded series of exercises.
All trainees receive course material including a purpose-written manual, which includes guides, tips, resources and information.
