The Representational skills course improves the performance of professionals in meetings or functions. When they represent their work unit or their organisation, they'll do it better. In this course trainees use active listening, direct questioning and communication techniques to develop skills needed to represent organisations effectively and well.
Effective representation leads to a productive work environment within the work unit or within the organisation as a whole. Representational skills is suitable for all levels of staff.

- What kind of communicator are you?
