Negotiation skills

The Negotiation skills course improves the ability of professionals to communicate effectively and confidently. Trainees use assertiveness and active listening skills to convince and persuade.

Competent negotiation skills are vital when doing business outside the organisation where knowledge is power and the rules of engagement change for each situation.

Inside the organisation, negotiation is a process employed to achieve a more effective workplace. By negotiating well, channels of communication are opened within the workplace, goals are defined, projects established and improvements made.
